These Terms govern your use of the Our Support Hub website and platform (the "Service"), provided by Our Support Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Our Support Hub is a care-coordination platform for independent support workers and participants, providing scheduling, service agreements, notes, invoicing and related workflows. Features and plans are described on our pricing page and may change over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.
You must not, and must not allow anyone to:
We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including the software, documentation and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. notes, agreements, participant records). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. See our Refund Policy for details.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and the card you provided will be charged at the then-current rate. You can cancel any time from your billing settings.
We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service is not a substitute for professional clinical or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The courts of Australia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
