We want you to be confident in Our Support Hub. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

Free trial

New subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and you can cancel any time from your billing settings before the trial ends. If you forget to cancel and are charged, the 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@oursupporthub.com and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until its end date.
